- 今回のお仕事は、スタッフの出欠管理・点呼、新人スタッフへの指導・育成など現場の管理業務や物流に携わるお仕事をしていただきます。
- Work flow
- ・現場作業補佐
・運送会社へ荷物の引き渡し
・荷物の入庫作業
・現場の管理業務：スタッフの出欠管理・点呼、新人スタッフへの指導・育成など
※営業担当と定期的に面談があるため、何か不安な点があれば相談できます
※20日くらいに翌月のシフトを決め、１か月単位にて勤務
※管理者として現場の作業進捗管理（KPI）、サービスレベルの管理（SLI）、
企業担当との折衝などプロジェクト全体の管理者としてキャリアアップすることが可能です！

将来的には、現場リーダーから物流管理者としてのキャリアを築いていただける環境です。
まずは現場作業を通じて実務経験を積んでいただき、その後は・・・
・チームの作業進捗管理（KPI）
・納期遵守、品質維持といったサービスレベルの管理（SLI）
さらにはクライアント企業との打ち合わせや折衝対応など、プロジェクト全体を俯瞰して動かす管理者ポジションを目指せます。
